To process your purchase transactions: When you purchase from us, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, phone number and email address for the purpose of processing your order. Some of these details are then used via a password protected third party courier system for the purpose of delivering your items to you. We also store your contact details within our password protected website system, which are then archived every year. We do not hold any payment details – the only payments we accept are via secure, encrypted website portals Mercanet and Paypal and via our password protected bank account.

To communicate with you and inform you of news and offers you might like: When you have purchased from us, signed up for our newsletter, given us your details through our website, or communicated with us via social media, we will use your details to keep you informed of news and information on products or events taking place via a third party email system, Welkom. At any point, you have the opportunity to opt out of these communications via the ‘unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of emails you receive from us, or by contacting us directly on
